Logitude ETR and Logitude Mobile Assessment Tool are an innovative training records management solution designed to fulfill the high requirements of the aviation industry. It provides functionalities to manage an airline’s conventional or AQP/ATQP/EBT- training programs and associated information and collected data.
ETR is designed to enable an organization to replace paper training records with a digital system. This includes a fully digital curricula and forms, records archiving, crew validity monitoring, performance data analysis, notification services and integrations to 3rd party systems.
ETR Features Overview
- enable airline training administrators to manage digitally the curricula/syllabi of all different employee groups – this in effect will enable the organization to replace traditional paper folders and binders with a digital system.
- enable airline training administrators to create and manage the conventional or AQP/ATQP/EBT training programs. This includes the management of the Task Analysis, grading scales, competencies and key performance indicators (KPI’s) and other related attributes
- allow fleet training managers to manage training and checking form templates content and distribution to mobile devices to assigned user groups to enable mobile assessments
- enable instructors and examiners to perform offline and online assessments and data synchronization to the backend database (PPDB, performance and proficiency database)
- allow training administrators to monitor the day to day performance of the crews and individual pilots
- enable training administrators to monitor the AQP/ATQP/EBT training program and use the findings revealed by the ETR to plan and implement adjustments to the training programs and
- provide trainees and line pilots access to personal assessment data forms and qualification information
