ETR Admin Guide System Requirements

Software and hardware requirements

ETR has been fully tested under the following minimum client device system configurations:

Clients

Web UI:

  • Any device with IE 9 and up, Firefox 25 and up, Safari 7 and up or Chrome 31 and up

iOS App:

  • iPad 2 or later
  • iOS 9.0 or later

A separate user manual is provided for Logitude ETR iOS application.

Backend, in case of on-premises server installation

Web application server:

  • Dual-core 2 GHz CPU with 8 GB of memory, and 20 GB of disk space
  • Windows Server 2008 or 2012 (recommended)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 is required on the application server.
  • Microsoft IIS 7.5 or newer.

Database server:

  • Dual-core 2 GHz CPU with 8 GB of memory, and 40 GB of disk space is recommended
  • Windows Server 2008 or 2012 (recommended)
  • SQL Server 2008 R2 and up
